Facilitator: Greg Ewasko (Level 4 Ice Technician, CurlManitoba Head Ice Technician)
The course is designed to assist curling club ice makers in the following areas:
- Adhering to Safety Guidelines
- Cleaning/Housekeeping
- Scraping
- Pebbling
- Nipping
- Temperature Monitoring
- Opening and Closing Procedures
- Draw Change Procedures
- Basic Troubleshooting
The goal is to assist ice makers in having ready to play ice in their club
Cost : Member Clubs $300.00 (includes coffee and lunch)
Non-Member Clubs $600.00 (includes coffee and lunch)
