Jorie is a registered dietitian, performance dietitian, and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. The session will take place from the comforts of your own kitchen via Zoom. Jorie will lead you through recipes, which are great for making ahead, a grab and go snack between games, or as part of a post workout recovery snack!
